Leaving DeKalb

Beginning Monday I will be working in Joliet at The Herald-News and I'm excited. For nearly five years I've worked at the Daily Chronicle in DeKalb and it was time to move on. I'm looking forward to a larger and new area to explore.

Black Friday

Thanksgiving is a good time of the year. I spend time with family and eating an evolved dinosaur is icing on the cake. Some people like to spend 8+ hours outside in temperatures that don't break 20 to purchase items at a discounted price, but to each his own.
